What personal data do we collect?

a. Any data (such as name, address, email etc) that you voluntarily supply via our online forms, including signing up for The Diary newsletter, placing an order, or entering any promotions / competitions.
b. User name and password details when you create an online account.
c. Information voluntarily given to us via telephone, email or post.
d. If you purchase product, we will collect your name, email / postal address, telephone and details of your transactions. Data from credit cards is never stored or archived and this data will never be requested via email, letter or telephone.
e. We may also collect data that you voluntarily supply through communications and messages posted on our social media pages. However, we strongly recommend that sensitive data is not supplied via social media channels.
