Lorenzo Cominoli is a Italian jazz guitarist and teacher.
He graduated in Jazz Guitar with honors studying at the Conservatory of Ferrara and Alexandria. Even before he was able to learn and master the Jazzy language studying with Garrison Fewell (Berklee School in Boston, USA) and with Sandro Gibellini, one of the best known and appreciated Italian jazz guitarists.
Always passionate about teaching, he teaches Guitar Jazz Ensemble, Theory and Harmony exercising his activity at numerous Italian musical institutions.
The busy concert schedule allows him to perform in numerous festivals and events alongside some of the best jazz musicians of the Italian and international scene, among others: Emanuele Cisi, Paul Birro, Aldo Mella, Gianni Cazzola, Yuri Goloubev, Alfredo Ferrario, Sandro Gibellini, Marco Micheli, Roberto Olzer, Sonia Spinello, Fabio Buonarota, Riccardo Chiaberta, Maurizio Brunod, Nicola Stranieri, Marco Zanoli.
He has published two records: Lorenzo Cominoli Quartet: "Ulysses" (Splasc (h) Records 2010) and Cominoli / Spinello / Brunod: "Billie Holiday Project" (Abeat Records 2015)
He is currently artistic director of "Jazz Club Borgomanero" and head teacher, who is professor of "Four Music School" both based at the Teatro Rosmini Borgomanero (NO) Italy.
